Privacy Policy
Rivet Google Access is operated by Ken Hubbard for his personal use through OpenClaw. It is not available for public signup. Contact: chipmunkwhiz@gmail.com.
Data accessed and purpose
With the owner’s Google authorization, Rivet accesses Gmail messages and labels, Calendar entries, and Drive files and metadata to find information, summarize content, and assist with organization. Only the permissions approved on Google’s consent screen are available. Editing, organizing, sending, or deleting records also requires the owner’s instructions; sending email and permanent deletion require explicit approval.
Processing and sharing
Information retrieved for a task may be processed on the owner’s computer and by configured AI services. The current primary model connection uses OpenRouter and a Qwen model; routing or fallback models may vary. Relevant task content can be transmitted to OpenRouter and the model provider to fulfill the owner’s request. Processing is not confined to the owner’s computer.
Storage and retention
Google authorization credentials are stored in the local operating-system keyring. Retrieved content and results may be retained in conversation history, logs, or local files until removed under the respective system’s retention controls. External AI services apply their own applicable retention and security terms; this integration does not promise zero retention.
Owner controls
The owner can revoke Rivet’s authorization in Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval but does not automatically delete copies already stored in conversations, logs, files, or provider systems. Requests about access or deletion can be directed to the contact above.
Limited Use
Rivet Google Access’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used to provide the owner-requested assistance, not for advertising, sale, or training generalized AI models. Provider settings and routing must be configured consistently with this commitment.
Public website
